A bold colorwork motif, reminiscent of heart-shaped leaves and wrought iron, graces the body of this hat, its details integrating with the decreases creating a star pattern on the crown. High contrast yarn colors highlight the graphic design to most advantage. Written pattern with chart for color work and crown shaping. Using one skein each of two colors of Seven Sisters Arts Zodiac (light worsted weight) allows for enough yarn to make two hats by reversing color placement on hats.
