Echoing the snow-capped winter mountain landscape, Sloane Rosenthal’s Cordillera features a symmetrical, modern colorwork motif in three colors of Forge. The deep, fold-up brim features an optional tubular cast on for a polished finish. Add a pom pom and a custom leather tag for a customized look all your own.

Finished Sizes: Youth (Adult Small, Adult Medium, Adult Large). Finished circumference (unstretched) approximately 14 (16.75, 19.5, 22.5)” 35.5 (42.5, 50, 57 cm; 11” 28 cm tall with brim unfolded; 9” 23 cm tall for single-brim version.

Yarn: Forge in Midnight (MC), 1 skein; Lake (CC 1), 1 skein; Fawn (CC 2) 1 skein.

Suggested Needles: Sizes US 5 (3.5 mm) and US 7 (4.5 mm).

Gauge: 20 sts and 24 rnds = 4” 10 cm in St st, unstretched, on larger needles.

Skills required: Crochet-chain provisional cast on; decreasing, circular knitting, stranded colorwork.
