Deep zipper opening sweater is a simple sweater with an open polo collar. It is worked from the top down using 1 strand of Merino + 1 strand of Soft Silk Mohair held together throughout. You start working back and forth for the collar and the front split before continuing in the round. CONSTRUCTION
The sweater is worked seamlessly with two strands of yarn held together, you start working back and forth for the collar and the front split before continuing top down and in stockinette stitch and/ or pass over stitches for front s and back. With a zipper ribbed collar folded-over. this sweater has an elegant construction, due to modified contiguous saddle shoulders, short-row shaping to lower the front neckline. Two option for sleeves, gently balloon-shaped sleeves or classic sleeves with decrease underarm are proposed.
