Cornish Pasty Purse
Originally created as a compact meal to take to work in the mines, you can see the influence of Cornish pasties on cuisine around the world. Where ever the Cornish traveled to work in mines, so too did their delicious meat-filled handpies. While visiting Cornwall back in 2024, I knew I had to make a pasty purse. I got all my supplies at The Craft Tree in St. Ives, a must visit if you are ever in town! The Pasty Purse works up quickly and results in a cute, compact clutch purse ready to be filled with steak and potatoes…or rather your wallet and keys. ;)
