The Corrine Crochet Cardi takes the concept of wearing your favorite heirloom blanket from the couch to the outside world. This vintage, patchwork-inspired cardi brings the art of crochet and knitting together.

It uses a mix of our light and lofty Serenity Boucle yarn and our bright and beautiful Wildflower yarn to make up the traditional granny squares, which are seamed together forming the body of the cardigan. Sleeves are worked in the round in stockinette stitch with Serenity yarn and an all over crochet edging finishes it off. Unlock your creativity by picking and mixing yarns together in a way that feels authentic to you! If you are new to crochet, not to worry. We’ll guide you in step-by-step videos so you know exactly how to make this stunning design!

If you purchase the video class on our site, we’ll guide you through every step of how to make the cardi from start to finish. Tap the link here to check out our Ravelry page for this style and see the Corrine Cardi on a range of beautiful bodies!

Fit Note:

Choose a size above based on your chest size at the fullest part. The size listed already includes a generous amount of positive ease and is the fit size, not the finished size. If you would like to have less positive ease in the body, then size down, and if you prefer an even more oversized fit, then size up. Size 1 sample is shown on a 32” / 80 cm chest with 17.75” / 44.5 cm of positive ease, Size 3 sample is shown on a 36” / 90 cm chest both with 13.75” / 34.5 cm of positive ease, and Size 4 sample is shown on a 46” / 115 cm chest with 19.75” / 49.5 cm positive ease.

Because of the design limitations, there are only 3 garment bodice sizes; the sleeve lengths are based on the finished garment widths. If you choose to work a different bodice size, you may need to adjust the sleeve length to your preference according to the instructions.
