Bottom Edging:
Sizes 6-12 and 12-18 months will start the pattern from Row 7. Once you reach Row 14, start at Row 1 - 6.
Rep the pattern in this order once more.

Sleeves:
After placing your sts from the holder back onto your needles, pick up and knit 3, (3, 3, 3, 4) sts from the underarm.
