The Cotton Bamboo Drape Front Vest is the perfect summer to fall garment. It is crocheted in an open mesh stitch, so it is cool enough to wear over a tank top, but dressy enough to wear into fall over a turtleneck. The cotton bamboo yarn gives it amazing drape.

This is an intermediate level pattern. Stitches required are chain, single crochet, double crochet, double crochet two together, and foundation double crochet. It is designed to minimize seaming and yarn changes, working most of it without having to fasten off and cut the yarn. It works up relatively quickly because of the open stitch pattern. It requires 5 balls of Lion Brand Coboo yarn for sizes XS through L, and 6 balls for larger sizes.

The pattern for the free version, which is slightly smaller than a large, is available on my blog. The pdf version which includes seven sizes from XS to 3XL is available for purchase in my Etsy shop.
