Designed with both Eddie Izzard and my bee-loving friend Caitlin in mind, here we have Covered in Bees.

The cabled honeycomb begins at the toe and then splits off into columns of lace bees in both the front and back, as the honeycomb continues to climb up the sides of the sock.

This chart-only, toe-up sock pattern consists of both cables and lace. While this might seem intimidating to the new knitter, do not be afraid! This pattern is surprisingly easy to read and memorize.

This pattern is written for one size; a women’s average foot, with a 9.5 inch foot and a circumference of 8 inches. However, there would be an easy way to adjust for circumference (making either smaller or larger) using the honeycomb pattern on the sides of each sock. I go into a little more detail about sizing changes in the pattern; if you have any questions please contact me before purchasing the pattern and I will be happy to discuss modifications with you prior to purchase.
