Measurements : Width from rim to crown is 8.5”. You can alter the size of the hat by increasing or decreasing the number of rows you knit.
Yarn : 1 skein ‘Fleece’ Handspun by Annie Claire 100% Romney wool, 4oz, 200yds.
Needle : US 10.5 6.5mm, or needle to obtain gauge.
Gauge : 15 sts and 20 rows = 4 inches in st st.
Notions : Tapestry needle, cable needle.

Pattern Notes : This hat is knitted flat, back and forth from the rim to the crown, then seamed and gathered to create a hat - undo the gathering at the crown and you have a tight fitting cowl.
