The companion piece to Lace Anemone slouch beret, this pretty cowl uses eyelet patterns to form panels of simple lace work. The finished cowl measures 6 ½” (16.5cm) tall and 21” (53cm) in circumference when worked to pattern tension of 25 sts and 40 rows to 4” of stocking stitch.

If you buy both Cowl Anemone and Lace Anemone, the set will be charged at a discounted price of £5.00 (plus VAT where charged). Previous purchases count too, so you can still get the discount if you buy one now and the second one later!

The cowl is worked in the round starting at one garter stitch border, worked through the lace section which is charted only and finishing with a second garter stitch border.

You will need:
175-200 yards of fingering weight yarn
3mm (US 2.5) needles for working in the round (or size needed to achieve pattern tension)
Darning needle (for weaving in ends)
1 stitch marker

You need to be able to: work in the round, work from a chart (eyelet pattern is charted only), work common increases and decreases (YO, k2tog, SSK, centred double decrease)
