The cowl is knitted top down, mostly in rib pattern 1 knit, 1 purl. The necessary increases
are worked into the stockinette rows. The length of the cowl can be extended at any time,
depending on requirements or the amount of wool. The entire cowl is knitted in three
strands. This means 2 threads of the sock wool with a corresponding thread of mohair.
