This pattern is written using the Magic Circle method. If you are a dpn in the round knitter, this may not be the choice for you.

Also, this is written for a medium ladies’ size foot. You can use either use smaller or larger needles for small modifications.

I have not mentioned the yarn brands as at least 3 of them that I used were languishing in a yarn sock drawer for years, and the exact yarns are not available anymore. So any fingering-weight sock yarn of your choice will do.
