This cozy blanket is a very simple knit and can be made in any size, simply by changing yarn weight, needle size, and numbers of repeats.

The double seed stitched borders add texture and loft, while the double square motif adds visual interest and keeps things interesting.

While gauge isn’t really important, if you want your squares to turn out square you should choose a yarn and needles that will give you equal measurements on 4 stitches and 5 rows.
