This reversible hat is double layered for warmth and style!
Depending on your mood, wear the stripes on the outside, with the solid color brim folded up; or wear the solid color on the outside, with the striped brim folded up. Either way - it’s a winner, and sure to please everyone!

Hat requires approximately 125-300 yds in each of 2 fingering/sock weight yarns; (MC is striped and CC is solid color) for a total of 250-600 yds.
It’s a great way to use up sock yarn from your stash, or a good excuse to splurge on a couple of special skeins of sock yarn.

Hat is knit in the round, on 16” circular and double pointed needles - size 4, or size needed for gauge.
The generous length of the hat, allows for folding up the brim, or wearing it slouchy.

Skills required are casting on, knitting in the round on circular and double pointed needles, decreasing (k2tog), and picking up stitches.

Pattern includes sizes to fit baby, toddler, child, small adult, large adult.

These hats are so much fun to knit, and so adorable - you’ll want to make one for everyone you know!
