Creekstone is worked in three colors - two striped together contrasted with a third for the lace sections. There are so many ways to use color in this project to create the perfect piece for your wardrobe. The asymmetric arrow-shape is achieved by working from end to end, starting at the arrow point.

Finished Measurements: Approximately 17-1/2” (44 cm) wide x 79” (201 cm) in length at center spine and side edges.

Yarn: Approximately 1375 yds/1257 m of DK weight yarn: 550 yds/503 m of color A, 550 yds/503 m of color B and 275 yds/251 m of color C. Shown using Neighborhood Fiber Co. Studio DK (275 yd/114 g skein); 100% Merino.
Color A: Charles Center (2 skeins)
Color B: Thomas Circle (2 skeins)
Color C: Mondawmin (1 skein)

Gauge: 16 sts/30 rows = 4”/10 cm in garter after blocking. Gauge is not critical for this project, but will affect the finished size and yardage.

Needles: US#7/4.5 mm 32”/80 cm circular needle (or size needed to obtain gauge).

Notions: 4 stitch markers and a tapestry needle.
