Inspired by Blackberry Cowl by Tidewater Knits

This pattern is meant to use up the roughly ½ skein left over from knitting the Blackberry Cowl in a worsted weight yarn; it is a modification on the crested lace pattern.
This pattern is for small hands; this could be modified in 2-stitch intervals for larger hands.
