The Cricketeer sweater was inspired by the classic cricket and tennis sweaters which players always wore so effortlessly nearly a century ago. I wanted to design one which took advantage of modern, seamless construction and today’s superwash yarns.

The Cricketeer V-neck pullover is knit with a simple, classic cable pattern and features seamless, bottom up construction. The real centerpiece of this sweater is the neckline, which features a wide band of stripes which is mimicked on the cuffs and hem. The construction of the striped band required some interesting modifications to the back of the neck, but the result is a sweater which is comfortable, classic and sure to turn heads wherever it is worn.
