This is my first “from the ground up” pattern!

The yarn used in my pattern was Malabrigo Rios, Farmer’s Daughter Fibers, and Madeline Tosh, all worsted weight yarns.

This pattern can also be used for stash busting, in the case of you have some yarn, but not sure what to do with it. It’s perfect for the small sections in this pattern, or for the lateral braid.

I saw this lateral braid technique and fell in love with it. I thought a pair of mittens would should the design off wonderfully.

The sizes are Small, Medium, Large, and Extra Large, and the number of stitches are kept in repeats of 4 stitches for the pattern.
