Please note that you can a worsted weight yarn holding 2 strands together to obtain the same gauge as with bulky yarn.

-I’ve updated the pattern itself (new PDF) to include:
-Stitches: m1L (make 1 left), m1R (make 1 right), p2tog (purl 2 together)
-Clarified instructions in the main body/cable pattern section as well as throughout the pattern.
-Removed Rows 15 & 16 from decreases section.
-Added p2tog on row 14.
