A friend asked if I could make a crochet cross necklace for her 2 year old daughter. I looked around and couldn’t find a pattern for what I wanted. So, I decided to write my own! Here is the result. I am so happy with it. I love how the center of the cross resembles a celtic cross.

This is a simple crochet cross started with a magic ring. I put a link to a magic ring tutoral in the pattern as well as several pictures for spots that might be tricky. It only uses sc, and sl st and is written in American terms.

It can be made with a variety of yarms and threads and hooks to match. I put hook recommendations in the pattern as well.
