Techniques & Tips:

• Worked in continuous rounds (spiral)
• Do not start with a magic ring; begin with 2 chains instead to avoid breaking the velvet yarn
• Insert the polystyrene egg halfway through the project
• Use a stitch marker to keep track of rounds
• Create spiral chain decoration after the egg is fully covered
• Skip 3 rounds between each chain line to create stripes
• Use pastel colors for a classic Easter look
