This is a quick project to work up, and can be a good way to use up some scrap yarn as not much is needed. Additionally, you can adjust the length of the strap to fit any size child.

You will need less than half of skein of red worsted weight yarn, a long with a small amount of white, black, and orange worsted weight for the facial features.
