This pattern is available for free.

A crochet lace mask with central & side medallion motifs, inspired by crochet snowflakes. Only takes a little bit of yarn and can be completed in one sitting, making it easy to gift or whip up for party coming up this weekend.

Pattern as written necessitates an intermediate to advanced crochet knowledge: these are construction notes and not a step-by-step pattern. Pattern includes center and side medallion notes as well as lace around the edges of the mask.

The pattern as written also allows you to substitute other lace motifs and achieve a similar result, for interesting variations and a unique mask.

This pattern also requires a small amount (<1 yd) of wire, to form the eye holes of the mask.

Pattern notes:

sl st = slip stitch
ch = chain
tr = treble crochet
sc = single crochet

Gauge will depend on the looseness of your crochet and initial shape and size of wire frame. The pattern does not require much yarn at all.
