The finished heart will measure approximately 6 by 6.5 cm, but this will vary depending on the type of wool and the hook size that you use.

As for wool and hook size, I use double knitting yarn and a 4.00mm hook, but you can pretty much use whatever takes your fancy - be adventurous!
