-Easy to Advanced Beginner. Must be familiar with HDC, SC.
-Must be comfortable with interchanging colors and measuring for length of hat for size.
-Must be familiar with making POM-POMs. I provide a template and step by step instructions for those who are unsure how to make POM-POMs
