This character was inspired by the story of The Richest Sparrow in the World by Zdeněk Miler and Eduard Petiška. Based on the illustrations in the book, I made a crocheted version of the little sparrow, called Rufflehead.

Make your own cute amigurumi sparrow with this CROCHET PATTERN TUTORIAL in a few hours! Easy-to-follow crochet pattern in PDF format, step-by-step tutorial, clickable pattern, contains instructions with photos. I recommend this pattern for beginner crocheters, but not only for them.
