If you’ve never heard of a temperature blanket, it’s a blanket made by crocheting a row a day for an entire year. The color of that row is determined by the high temperature of each day. It’s a fun project to see how the temperatures vary (or don’t) over the course of the year. I’ll warn you now, though, temperature projects can be VERY addicting!

I’m particularly fond of this pattern because it was my first one ever.

Enjoy!!

Note: Pattern is written to make a long, thin blanket that’s good for one person, maybe two. It’s long enough that I can fold it in half and still use it like a blanket. (I’m a little over 5 feet tall.)
Variations for a scarf or a wider blanket are provided.
