This is a buttonless towel topper that has different variations for the crocheted button part. The picture shown is of the topper with the basic flower fastener (pattern at bottom of the page).

Materials:
1 kitchen towel (cut in half width wise)
2 oz worsted weight cotton yarn (enough for both halves of the towel)
If you crochet tightly, try an H hook.
