The bag measures 29” around by 13” deep. If you include the handle it is 36” tall.

Any aran weight yarn will work for this pattern although I would recommend a 4.5mm hook for a true worsted because the bag should be firm if it is going to be used.

Using a feltable wool and felting the bag would make it even stronger.
