If you have not crocheted the cross stitch, you will like it - easy to do and full of texture. This keychain takes about 20-30 minutes to make and only 15 yards of yarn. You can use any yarn, but I used Sugar ‘n Cream cotton because I like the fullness of the #4 weight and the rustic look of cotton. If you use a different yarn, the overall size of the keychain and the size of the stitches will be different.

The PDF pattern is a photo tutorial including photos of how to attach yarn to the key ring and finishing details.

Materials: yarn and G hook
Pattern is written in US terms
Size: approximately 2” x 3.5” (not including tassel)

Level: beginner
