Crossed Paths is an accessory set designed with Slip Stitch Crosses, a stitch pattern that reminds me of the many times we cross paths with new and familiar friends at festivals, local yarn shops, and fiber events.

Peaked Mountain Homestead’s Knit or Dye Moonshadow Variegated yarn inspired the original design. Spun at Green Mountain Spinnery, it is a 3-strand single constructed as the mill’s own Mountain Mohair but with different breeds of wool. Additional recommended yarns are from small farm yarn producers in the Northeast with whom I’ve crossed paths and admired their fibers. Test knitters used a variety of worsted weight yarns -- have fun choosing your own!
