::ENGLISH::

The Crossover Hat is inspired by a skein of handspun yarn my friend Blue gave me as a gift when I visited New England, US. When I got back to Chile I wanted to knit something that showed off the yarn and combining it with something that showed the Chilean essence, so I bought a skein of Bagual* thinking of a pattern with crossed stitches.

This hat is worked bottom up with knit and slipped stitches that are later crossed to form the X.

Bagual (www.bagualwool.com / IG: @bagualwool) is a Chilean indie yarn company of Patagonian wool that is 100% locally produced.

It comes in 5 sizes (16 1/2’’ - 22 3/4’’ total circumference). The hat is designed with neutral ease so choose the size that’s closer to your actual head circumference.

Sizes: 1(2,3)(4,5)

::ESPAÑOL::

Tallas: 1(2,3)(4,5)

Circunferencia del gorro: 42(46, 50)(54,58)cm || 16 1/2’’(18’’,19 3/4’’)(21 1/4’’,22 3/4’’)

Circunferencia de la cabeza: 40-44(45-48,49-52)(53-56,57-61)cm || 15 3/4’’-17 1/4’’ (17 3/4’’-19’’, 19 1/4’’-20 1/2’’)(20 3/4’’-22’’, 22 1/2’’-24’’)

Altura del gorro: 16(20,20)(23,23)cm || 6 1/4’’ (7 3/4’’, 7 3/4’’)(9’’,9’’)

Metraje estimado:
