Crosspoint Beanie
The Crosspoint Beanie is knit in the round from the bottom up, starting with an extra-long ribbed brim that you can fold over for added warmth. From there, the hat moves into a bold three-colour fair isle section that creates a clean, modern look. It’s finished with simple crown shaping for a comfortable fit that sits nicely without feeling too tight.
Working in the round helps keep the colourwork smooth and even, and using three colours gives the motif plenty of contrast without adding difficulty. The pattern is engaging but approachable, making it a great next step if you’re already comfortable with basic stranded knitting.
This hat knits up quickly in worsted weight yarn and has a striking look that pairs well with winter coats, sweaters, and cold-weather walks.
