Overview:
The Crown Mittens are knitted from cuff to tip and feature the same elegant cable motif as the Crown Hood, along with a well-fitting gusset thumb. The mittens are worked using a combination of DK-weight yarn and airy mohair, giving you plenty of yarn options. A beautiful cable pattern decorates the back of the hand, and it is easy enough for confident beginners to master.

Sizes: One size – Adult

Needles: 3 mm / US 2.5 double pointed needles (or long circular needles if you use the Magic Loop technique)

Yarn:
You need approx. 200 m / 220 yds of DK-weight yarn AND 200 m / 220 yds of lace-weight mohair yarn

Sample mittens are knitted with 1 skein of Säie Wool Merino DK (100 g / 225 m, 100% superwash merino wool) in colorway Fog Mr. Fogg and 1 skein of Nurja Mohair (50 g / 420 m, 64 % kid mohair, 36 % silk) in colorway Kalkiitti, holding both strands of yarn together.
