Crybaby Sweater
About the pattern
This is an advanced beginner drop shoulder sweater, worked top down in panels, knit in stockinette stitch. The back yoke is shaped using German Short Rows, and then the back panel is worked. The shoulders are picked up and stranded colour work is used to create the graphic on the front. The front and back panels are then seamed together. Sleeve stitches are picked up and knit in the round.
This pattern includes 30 cm of positive ease in the circumference of the garment. For a less oversized fit, consider using finer yarn or knit a smaller size.
For reference, my bust measures 82 cm, I am 5’5 and wearing a size S in the pictures at the end of the pattern.
