Cubby is a cute and smiley fox. This toy uses simple increases and decreases for shaping, and uses intarsia knitting, stripes and Swiss darning (duplicate stitch) for colour-work. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, this fox is knitted in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round).

NEEDLES
A pair of 3.25mm single pointed knitting needles (US 3).

RECOMMENDED YARN
Sirdar Hayfield Bonus DK; double knitting/light worsted weight; 100% acrylic; less than a 100g/280m skein in each colour.

NOTIONS
Tapestry needle, toy filling, toy safety eyes and embroidery thread to add features.

SIZES
One size only - 18cm tall (when seated).

TECHNIQUES
For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, and seaming to finish.
