These plush fishies knit up very quickly on account of the bulky yarn requirement for the main body. This is a beginner-friendly project that takes approximately 2.5 hours to complete. The pieces are knitted flat. Knitting with the cited materials produces fish measuring roughly 8”- 9” long, head to tail. Can easily be made bigger or smaller by adjusting needle and yarn size.

The pattern prescribes size US8 needles and bulky yarn for the body and size US6 needles with worsted yarn for appendages.

Basic sewing and embroidery skills, as well as basic knitting skills (stockinette, garter, decreases, increases) are required.
