The Cullinan Cowl is crocheted top down with a relaxed gauge to create a soft and cozy fabric. The shape of the cowl is achieved by increasing along the center front. This is one of five designs forming part of the Cullinan Collection. The diamond shape in the mosaic work was the inspiration behind the name. The biggest diamond ever found in South Africa (my home country) was named the Cullinan Diamond.
