• Ch-3 at the beginning of a round counts as a dc.
• Finished hat size as written: about 8” tall x 21” circumference
• When changing colors, use the new color for the last yarn-over-and-pull-through of the previous stitch. This creates a smoother transition between stitches of different colors.
