Gauge: 24 stitches and 28 rows per 4”/10 cm with fingering weight yarn in stockinette stitch.
Needles: (2) sets of 40” circular needles in size needed to achieve gauge listed above (suggested size: US 7/4.5 mm).

Materials Used: Lore Sock (fingering: 85% merino, 15% nylon; 436 yds/100 g, OR any other yarn that knits up to desired gauge).

Other notions: Crochet hook (size 2.5 mm), tape measure, (4) 2-3 feet length smooth scrap yarn (preferably cotton) and a tapestry needle.

Final measurements: This top is meant to be worn with 1/3 plus 1/2 of the original bust circumference at the largest point of the bust. For example, the model has a 34”/86 cm bust size and is wearing the 28”/71 cm bust size:

34 divided by 3 = 11.3

34 divided by 2 = 17

11.3 + 17 = 28.3 x 6 (st gauge) = 170 sts/28”/71 cm bust width
