This is my first extra edge design for the Trickerchief No.1 Bandana Series of patterns - it is a complimentary addition to the original basic pattern available in my Ravelry shop. It is an experimental adventure for how many sweet little Trickerchief 1’s (smallest size) could I make out of 1 x 100g, 365m of Fyberspates Vivacious 4 ply yarn - with various different coloured crochet scrap/mini skein contrast egings - perfect for gift giving - these are my first additional notes for working new further edging design onto my basic Trickerchief 1 which already have knitted garter, lace garter picot and garter tassel pattern options (5 sizes). There will be more complimentary patterns in both knit and crochet to work with the original pattern in the future. These notes are to work a chained crochet edging which gives a neat and different curly finish to the main pattern - you can work any size of the design with this new edging but will need to adjust yarn requirements accordingly - both basic knitting and crochet skills are required - I do hope you do have fun making, wearing or gifting these 4 little triangular shaped scarves from one skein of yarn plus a few meters of scraps or mini skeins - here I have used the same colour and three further contrast hand dyed stash/ scrap colours (by @yarnbyboo) for the crochet edgings……happy knitting and crochet
