This pattern is designed to fit a votive candle in a glass container.
Do not use with a bare wax candle or any candle without a proper glass holder. Do not use a tea light candle unless it is placed in a glass container and the corona is adjusted to fit its smaller size.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
If using this pattern for a candle holder, do not use acrylic, polyester, or nylon yarns as they are highly flammable. Cotton, wool, or linen yarns are preferable as they are more heat-resistant.
