cupping of the centers is totally normal and will naturally happen as the purse is used. to avoid excess cupping, loosen tension slightly on round 2 of the center pieces.

similar to cupping, the petals will bend when being used and played with. tightening tension can help with the looseness.

use a stitch marker when working in round.
