Daisy Lace Tote Bag - A summer floral market bag for carrying your chihuahua that just refuses to walk. It’s also good for spring!

This pattern is either easy or intermediate depending on whether you decide to do the upper edges of the bag in daisies or in the 1940’s lace you see above. (The lace is the intermediate, obviously. If you just do the daisies, then this whole pattern is easy-peasy.)

Materials:
-Mandala Ombre yarn (I used #209am) - 3 skeins at 344 yards a skein. You won’t use very much of the third one, so the total yardage on this part of the bag comes out to around 800ish yards. Basically, pick your favorite light worsted weight yarn and have fun.
-I love this cotton - white sparkle- 2 skeins (if you’re doing the lace. If you’re doing the daisy edge, you just need one.)
-I love this cotton - yellow- 1 skein You’re only using a little of this for the daisy centers, so if you have some scrap yellow handy, you can probably just get away with using that.
-Stitch markers
-Yarn needle
- Scissors

Pattern includes:
-Helpful tips and photos
-A vintage lace edging from the 1940’s adapted to work in the round
-Instructions for an alternate edging in case you aren’t feeling up to vintage lace or you just really love the flower look
-Cute dog photos

Note: This pattern is a digital download only. The poodle, chihuahua, and physical bag are not for sale. You may, however, admire the cuteness freely.
