The daisy mesh top is a tee worked by joining individual flowers together. Each flower has 6 petals, is worked in the round (like hexagonal “granny squares”), and can be joined as you go (recommended) or sewn together after completing all flowers.

This pattern is quite beginner-friendly: the flowers are simple to make, and the only slightly tricky part is understanding how to join them together—but don’t worry! Everything is explained in detail to guide you through the process smoothly.

Alternatively, this pattern can be easily adapted: instead of making a tee, you can modify it to create a tank top by simply skipping the sleeves section. If you prefer long sleeves, just extend the length of the sleeves while working, continuing with the flowers until you reach the desired length.

Please note that the instructions provided are exclusively for the t-shirt version. However, the pattern includes detailed instructions on how to join the flowers and provides a clear base layout for the tee. This makes it easier to adapt the design for a tank top or a long-sleeved version if desired.
