Daisy Rollneck
The Daisy Rollneck
The Daisy Rollneck is a cozy, slightly oversized sweater. First the upper back is knit flat, and then stitches are picked along the shoulders to create a seamless look. German short rows are worked to shape the shoulders and neck shaping is done. You can then choose between knitting the body flat (and seaming the sides later) and using the intarsia method, or knitting the body in the round and using duplicate stitch to add the duck motif. Lastly, stitches are picked up for each sleeve and knit in the round.
