Read through the following instructions or, better yet, knit this sweater! This easy-to-knit sweater is presented in a way that is different from other sweaters in this book. The idea is to help you understand the process involved in designing a sweater, how decisions are made, and how the sweater comes together. At each point where I made a decision, you may make one of your own, varying the design to suit your own ideas or needs.
