from the designer: “I often wanted to play around with stranded knitting with hand-painted yarns but didn’t want to embark on a big complicated project that I might not be happy with in the end. While wandering around the internet I came across a stranded pattern from the book “Norwegian Knitting Designs” shown on a knitter’s blog and was inspired. With a little tweaking, I had a unique pattern that would be fabulous on a pair of socks!

“These socks are easy to make and provide a fun and easy way to play with colors and even use up left-over sock yarn. Fun and festive socks for dancing!”
