I am addicted to Japanese lace! This is another stitch pattern from the Japanese Knitting Stitch Bible, by Hitomi Shida.
And it is an easy one. It has the signature twisted stitches and raised design common to Japanese patterns, but this one comprises stitches we are all familiar with. Dandelion Socks is an easy pattern to work, and it’s fun. It reminds me of dandelions: the color, of course, looks like the flower, and the stitch design resembles the spikes of dandelion leaves. Of course, you can make your dandelion socks any color you like. The pattern has both chart and written instructions.
