Danish Rose is inspired by the traditional Danish Star sweaters found at Danish museums.Danish Rose is socks with at textured star pattern worked in the round cuff down.

This pattern is made for a yarn with a yardage of approximately 200-210 meters per 50 grams and a 30 stitch gauge per 10 centimeters (star pattern). Directions is a combination of written text and charts. Size small pictured in silk sock yarn from Chester Wool Company - hand dyed (natural dye).

Pattern includes directions for 3 sizes. Circumference (foot): approximately 21 (22, 23½) centimeters. (Danish shoe sizes 35/37 (38/40, 41/43)).

The pattern is written for a knitter who is able to follow charts, work in the round, follow written instructions and pick up stitches and work increases and decreases. (pattern is a combination of written text and charts).

Materials: yarn, knitting needles and stitch markers.
